Today, the Great and Holy Thursday, we paint the Easter eggs here in Greece. The traditional classical way wants the eggs to be painted red, but for creative people an Easter egg hides endless possibilities. I love cappuccino, as I love all kinds of coffees! But, the most I like in cappuccino is that you can drink your coffee in so many different and creative ways. And, you don't have to be an expert barrista to have a heart of steamed milk to your coffee cup - although barrista's foam heart may be undeniably perfect! All you need is your espresso machine (or moka top), a shot of espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon powder and a toothpick. You pour foam milk in the center of your coffee and then with the toothpick you stretch the edges to the desirable shape: hearts, leaves, butterflies, web, etc.
